Los Angeles Erupts in Celebration as Dodgers Claim Back-to-Back World Series Victory
The City of Angels witnessed citywide celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers clinched a nail-biting seven-game World Series championship. Supporters across the globe joined Angelenos in jubilation, marking the initial time in 25 years that a franchise has achieved back-to-back championships.
Victory Parade Draws Enormous Crowds
Los Angeles area events included a downtown parade on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at Dodger Stadium, and impromptu gatherings throughout the city.
Social media videos depict countless of Angelenos flooding downtown streets, many displaying handmade banners and team flags. The team was seen riding high on a double-decker bus through the crowds, raising the championship trophy proudly.
“My focus is already about the third time we’re going to do this,” the star player remarked through an interpreter.
The parade route concluded at Dodger Stadium, where the team walked out to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” with DJ Mustard spinning music and the artist cruising a Pacific blue vintage Cadillac around the field.

Festivities began prior to the procession, with Dodgers fans lighting flares in the streets of Downtown Los Angeles on the previous evening.
The World Series MVP, awarded the MVP of the championship, commented plainly about the win.
